You can choose between:

  • Gloss Lamination – for a shiny finish and more vibrant colors.

What is the difference between Die Cut and Kiss Cut stickers?

Both Die Cut and Kiss Cut stickers are cut around the shape of your design, but there is one key difference.

Die Cut Stickers

Die Cut stickers are cut completely through both the vinyl and the backing paper, following the outline of your design.

They are ready to use straight away and are perfect for giveaways, branding, packaging, laptops, water bottles, cars, and more.

Kiss Cut Stickers

Kiss Cut stickers are cut only through the vinyl layer, while the backing paper remains intact.

Which one should I choose?

How do I set up a high-resolution / print-ready file?

To ensure your stickers are of the highest quality, please follow the guidelines below before sending your artwork:

File Format

We recommend submitting your artwork as a vector file, such as PDF, AI, or EPS. We also accept high-resolution PNG and high-resolution JPEG files. Please avoid screenshots and low-quality images.

Resolution (DPI)

If your artwork is not a vector file, we recommend a resolution of 300 DPI or higher to ensure sharp, high-quality printing.

Color Profile

For the best possible color accuracy, we recommend preparing your artwork in CMYK color mode, as it is the industry standard for printing and provides the most consistent color results.

Files in RGB can also be printed; however, slight color variations may occur when they are converted to CMYK during the printing process.

Artwork Size

Your artwork does not need to be prepared at the final sticker size. Our team can resize it to your requested dimensions without any loss of quality, provided the original file is suitable.

Cut Line

You do not need to create a cut line. Our team will prepare the cut line for you, ensuring accurate and clean cutting.

Fonts & Layers

If your artwork is a vector file, we recommend converting all text to Outlines/Curves or including the corresponding font files.

Please keep your layers organized whenever possible, as this makes editing easier if any adjustments are required.

Final Check

Before submitting your artwork, please make sure the file opens correctly and does not contain any missing elements or other issues.

How do I prepare a design with white underprint?

To achieve a full-color printing on our special materials such as Holographic, Glitter, Transparent, Crystal Holo, and Mirror, your file should include two separate layers:

-           Layer 1: Design / Color Layer

This layer includes the artwork that will be printed on top of the white ink, ensuring your design appears vibrant and true to color on the special material.

-           Layer 2: White Underprint / Base Layer

This layer contains the white ink, which acts as both a base and a color layer. Without it, colors printed on top may appear dull or incorrect, and the material underneath will reflect strongly. Specific areas can be chosen, where you want the base material to show through or combine the white layer with selected colors from your design

Using this setup helps you achieve bright, vivid colors while preserving the shine and texture of specialty materials. Example below:

What is the White Layer (White Underprint)?

The White Layer (White Underprint) is an additional layer of white ink printed underneath your artwork when printing on specialty materials such as Holographic, Glitter, Crystal Holo, Transparent, Metallic, and Mirror.

Its purpose is to create a solid base beneath your colors, allowing them to appear bright, vibrant, and true to their original design.

Without a White Underprint, the specialty material will show through the printed colors, creating a unique effect where the material’s finish becomes part of the design.

You can choose to:

  • Apply the White Layer beneath your entire design for accurate, vibrant colors.
  • Omit the White Layer completely to let the specialty material show through your artwork.
  • Apply the White Layer only to specific areas, combining vivid colors with the effects of the specialty material in the same design
What is the difference between printing with a White Base and without a White Base?

Note: White Underprint is only used on our Holographic, Glitter, Crystal Holo, Transparent, Metallic, and Mirror materials.

A White Underprint is an additional layer of white ink printed underneath your artwork. It determines whether your colors will appear vibrant and accurate or blend with the effect of the specialty material.

Printing with a White Underprint

A White Underprint is recommended when your design contains light, pastel, or vibrant colors and you want them to appear as accurately as possible.

The white ink is printed first, followed by your artwork, resulting in:

  • Bright and vibrant colors.
  • Accurate color reproduction.
  • Colors that are not affected by the reflective surface of the specialty material.

Printing without a White Underprint

If no White Underprint is used, your artwork is printed directly onto the specialty material.

This allows the Holographic, Glitter, Metallic, Mirror, or Transparent effect to show through the printed colors, creating a unique visual appearance.

This option is ideal if you want your design to blend with the specialty material rather than completely cover it.

Combining Both Effects

You don’t have to choose only one option.

You can specify:

  • a White Underprint only in the areas where you want accurate, vibrant colors, and
  • no White Underprint in the areas where you want the specialty material to show through the colors.

This is controlled by the second layer (White Underprint) in your artwork.

Designs Printed Only in Black

If your design consists entirely of black artwork, a White Underprint is usually not necessary.

Black ink is opaque enough to cover most specialty materials while still producing an excellent result.

If You Want the Specialty Material to Show Only Around the Border

If you would like the specialty material to be visible only around the edge of your sticker, simply create a White Underprint beneath the entire design.

When preparing your cut line, our team will automatically leave the border unprinted so that only the outline reveals the specialty material. No additional setup is required.

How Should I Send My Artwork?

For the best print quality and the easiest file preparation, we recommend submitting your artwork as a vector PDF (Adobe Illustrator or any other vector-based software).

Vector files maintain perfect quality at any size and allow us to create the White Underprint and cut line with maximum precision.

If you are unable to provide a vector PDF, please send your artwork as a high-resolution PNG, preferably with a transparent background.

How should I prepare my artwork for Sticker Packs?

Preparing your files for Sticker Packs is simple.

  • Upload each sticker design as a separate file.
  • We recommend submitting your artwork as a vector PDF for the best print quality and the easiest file preparation.
  • If you can’t provide vector files, you can upload high-resolution PNG files, preferably with a transparent background.
  • If your Sticker Pack is printed on Holographic, Glitter, Crystal Holo, Transparent, Metallic, or Mirror material and you would like a White Underprint, either include the second layer in your artwork or leave a note with your order, and our team will prepare it for you.
  • If you have designed a Header Card, please upload it as a separate file along with your sticker designs.

Once we receive your files, our team will carefully review them to ensure they are ready for production. If any adjustments or clarifications are needed, we’ll contact you before printing.

What header card size do you recommend?

We recommend the 11.2 × 8 cm header card.

However, if your sticker pack includes any sticker larger than 10 × 10 cm, we recommend using the 15 × 8 cm header card instead

Can I include my own design on the header card of my Sticker Pack?

Yes! You can fully customize your Header Card with your own artwork, logo, branding, text, or any other graphics you’d like.

Simply prepare and upload your Header Card design as a separate file along with your sticker artwork, and we’ll print it exactly as you provide it.

 
 
 
How many designs can be included in an order?

Please note: This applies only to the “Up to 10 Different Designs” category. If you choose Sticker Packs, you can include up to 15 different designs in a single pack.

Up to 10 different designs can be included in a single order (e.g. 10 Designs × 20 pieces each = 200 Stickers in Total).

! All designs must be of the same Material and Size.

It is possible to combine different materials and sizes through our Sticker Pack category. In this case, a customized quote will be provided, with a minimum order of 50 pieces per Sticker Pack.

How long does an order need to be prepared and shipped-out?

Printing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of each order. Once the printing process is complete, the orders are being packaged and shipped-out.
